HTP differs from the system integrators in the solution-making process.

• First step involves the thorough analysis and verification of the client’s and technology users’ real needs, including the expected future development, technology evolution and their impact on a specific user. No technology-based discussion is lead until this point.
• After this phase is over, the technology proposal and solution-making phase takes its place. Both the alliance partners and the technology creators are invited to join the solution. The involvement of more professionals at once leads to the most objective possible result.
• HTP coordinates the solution and takes the responsibility for the final product quality, backed up by a maximum support by the involved technology owners.
• HTP helps the customers solve their serious technology-oriented questions efficiently during the analytical phase of the project, usually held side by side with the customer’s team of the specialists.
