Nowadays there are many progressive high-tech solutions on a market. Their deployment can be complicated sometimes, though, and usually do not fully meet the expectations of both their creators and users.

This alliance consists of the individuals, companies, and organizations, who would like to participate in a development, testing, deployment and support phases of providing the solutions for a wide range of human life situations from the very beginning of the solution-making process.
